ThE SOCIAL JUSTICE WARRIORS Tour of texas
AUSTIN, SAN MARCOS, SAN ANTONIO, HOUSTON, TEXAS – (Dec. 5, 2017) – Four headlining comedians with over a 100 TV and movie credits have come together to form “The Social Justice Warriors Comedy Tour.” Their first stop will be in the great state of Texas this December. “We feel like with everything crazy going on in the world right now, we needed to come together and tell dick jokes” said Zumock. “We’re coming together with our individual followings to form a super comedy group and make fun of everyone and everything.”
The group of comedians on this tour have a rather impressive following and background in comedy.
Jim Florentine known for his work on Comedy Central’s Crank Yankers, VH-1’s “That Metal Show” but also been seen on AXS TV, Comedy Central, ABC, NBA, Inside Amy Schumer, and the movie “Trainwreck” starring Amy Schumer. Jim was a legendary guest on the Howard Stern show and even won an Emmy for his work on “Inside The NFL” that aired on HBO. He was also submitted for Emmy for his “Best supporting actor” on the season ending of “Louie” on FX starring Louie CK. Jim was also a regular guest on the Howard Stern Show as well as Opie and Anthony for years.
Chad Zumock’s stand-up comedy has led him to appearances on Comedy Central, ESPN, Spike TV, Showtime, E!, AXS TV, Gotham Comedy Live, HBO Lab, The Artie Lange Show, numerous low-budget commercials, and even a writing spot on the 2006 Comedy Central Roast of William Shatner. In 2015 he released his Top 20 iTunes ranked comedy album “Reckless Operation” which also can be heard on Sirius XM Raw Dog, Slacker, and Pandora Radio. Although Chad has accomplished a lot in stand-up comedy, he still doesn’t not consider himself a comedian. He claims to be a basketball player that tells jokes. Chad is currently averaging six points a game in his Men’s YMCA basketball league that plays on Monday nights.
Sam Tripoli views comedy as a calling rather a profession. It’s a passion that he’s been preaching to audiences at comedy clubs across the country and on television, including Showtime’s “Live Nude Girls” & “Russell Peters’ Comic Without Borders!” E!’s “Love You, Mean it! With Whitney Cummings” Comedy Centrals’ “Premium Blend” (receiving only one of two standing ovations in the history of the show), a frolicsome turn as a male escort for E! Entertainment’s “Party at the Palms,” “The Late Late Show on CBS”, “Comic Unleashed” and as a co-host of Spike TV’s “Wide World of Spike!” Tripoli has also been heard on The Howard Stern show and The Jason Ellis Show on Sirius Radio, a regular on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, an original member of the Death-squad Podcast Network and he also host a very popular radio show called “The Naughty Show” on Playboy Radio Sam released his second CD “Believe In Yourself” in May of 2014 and the CD rocketed up the charts.
